The complete Thai Yoga massage experience is truly a study into the origins and very essence of humanity. Yet it is not a knowledge that you can gain from just reading what I say. If you have a few proper sessions you will see there is not a superfluous move and it is a brilliant symphony of nervous, muscular and skeletal system work.

Getting the life back into the spine. Mmmm

Modern treatments can't change the fact that for healing to take place the patient has to properly relax and trust the process and the practitioner. This can take up to 20-30 minutes for them. So how can the patient truly relax if they know as soon as they have relaxed the treatment is soon going to be over?

Modern treatments don't change the fact that the spine nearly always appreciates consistent and gentle flexing, which apart from being very relaxing, very often just allows the spine to re-adjust itself. The spinal muscles have to be thoroughly relaxed before any meaningful lasting manipulations can take place. There are certain Thai Massage moves and stretches which to the uncentred practitioner can be boring and time consuming, yet are highly appreciated by the blocked up patient.

Modern treatments don't change the fact that working the acupressure points on the feet and legs are profoundly important for treating the central nervous system and alleviating stress which is an underlying cause of most back, neck and shoulder problems. Even if the stress is largely caused by a toxic constitution, Thai Yoga massage will alleviate it whilst a detox routine is put in place.

Trust me, this feels great.

If we have to live...why not LIVE...

These stretches at the end are really the best
