So here is a good Aloe Vera Test that may help you understand more about Forever Living Product's Aloe Vera. Pour 15 drops of Benatine or Iodine in a glass of water and stir it till it looks like the brown glass. Then pour a tiny little bit of only Forever Living Products Aloe Vera in it and see if it doesn't come clear again. This on its own may not mean too much, but when you start to see Acne and Psoriasis disappear within weeks using this Internal and External Aloe Vera, you can see why it has grown to a 2.7 Billion dollar company.
But wait, there's more, who gets easy Colds, Flus and Sore Mucousy Throats and Sinuses? I do, except I have my own "Ear, Nose Eye and Throat Specialist" in "Aloe Activator." 
I tell you this stuff wasn't nicknamed the "Ear, Nose, Eye and Throat Specialist" for nothing. One squirt and a gargle on a sore throat immediately numbs the inflammation and leaves it mucus free for hours. Works just as well for my blocked Sinuses. Make sure you don't contaminate the dropper bottles you pour it into though. Being more explicit I pour about 10 mls at a time in a dropper bottle and when that is used up I sterilize the dropper bottle in boiling water or with Hydrogen Peroxide before refilling.
You can apply direct or dilute with 50% water for sore eyes. It will sting a little at first.
As soon as I feel a cold coming on I put a few drops in my ears, up my nostrils and gargle it on my throat. Great insurance against days of misery....Assuming you rest up a little as well. But if you do 'let the bugs get get established' TAKE IT EASY,
(I often fail here), have the onion by the side of the bed, sip hot Apple Cider Vinegar and Ginger and get some Echinacea.
Even so, I still maintain Aloe Activator will be the best alleviator of inflamed sinuses and throats and ears you will find. I usually enjoy most days of a cold (that was optional in the first place) as long as I take it easy. I am also aware that a cold can develop into a lethal flu.
And if I get Athletes foot between the toes a few drops there works great as well.

Fish Oil is the answer: That hole in the mug was made by just breaking that one fish oil capsule that you see on the right into the Polystyrene cup and leaving it for 30 mins to an hour and then turning the cup upside down as soon as there is an open crack around the rim of the cup.
